Residents of Glenross are automatically members of the Glenross Homeowners' Association. Currently, Pulte Homes controls the Glenross HOA and Towne Properties is the management company. Participation is essential to making the community an enjoyable and attractive place to live. The Association has certain restrictions which are completely outlined on this web site (see 'Document & Forms' section) and are required to be followed by all homeowners to assure the continued attractiveness and uniformity of our community.
